Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
Luxury Wrist Brand ("we", "us") is a wholesale, distribution and super stockist business based in Surat, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our staff ERP system, why we collect it, and how we protect it. It is written to follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Information we collect
- Business enquiries: if you contact us (for example on WhatsApp), we receive your name, phone number and the message you send.
- Trade partners (retailers, wholesalers): business name, contact person, mobile number, billing and delivery address, GSTIN / PAN, orders, bills, payments and returns.
- Staff and drivers using the ERP: name, mobile number, login email, role, and the work records they enter (orders, deliveries, delivery photos, collections, reports).
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider for security.
2. Why we use it
- To take, deliver, bill and account for orders.
- To keep party ledgers, outstanding balances and stock correct.
- To let each staff member log in and see only what their role allows.
- To reply to enquiries and to meet tax, GST and other legal record-keeping duties.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The staff ERP stores a login session and a few screen settings in the browser (local storage) so staff stay signed in. This is needed for the ERP to work. If we turn on website statistics, we use a cookie-free service that does not identify individual visitors.
4. Who we share it with
- Service providers that host our website and database (Cloudflare and Supabase), under their own security and privacy terms.
- Our accountants and government authorities when the law requires it (for example GST records).
5. How we protect it
All pages are served over HTTPS. Every staff member has a personal login, database rules limit each role to the records it needs, delivery photos are kept in private storage, and repeated wrong passwords lock the login for a while.
6. How long we keep it
Business and accounting records are kept for at least the period required by tax law (generally 6 years or more). Staff logins are switched off when a person leaves; their past work records stay as part of business records.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent where we rely on it, unless we must keep it by law. Contact us using the details on our contact section.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
