These terms apply to anyone who visits this website or uses the Luxury Wrist Brand ERP. By using either, you agree to them.

1. About the website

The website gives general information about our wholesale, distribution and super stockist business. Brand names shown belong to their owners and are listed only to describe the products we deal in. Product availability, prices and schemes are confirmed only at the time of order.

2. Orders and supply

Orders are accepted only after our confirmation. Final quantities, rates, taxes and payment terms are those on the official tax invoice. Prices, schemes and stock can change without notice.

3. Staff ERP

• The ERP is only for authorised staff, drivers and partners who have been given a login by our Admin.
• Keep your password private. Do not share your login; you are responsible for work done from it.
• Enter only true information. Entering false orders, deliveries, payments or stock, or trying to see data your role does not allow, is not permitted.
• Access can be changed or switched off by the Admin at any time.
• Internal ERP bills are for internal reference only and are not GST tax invoices.

4. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload, copy or misuse the website or ERP, or access it with automated tools without our permission.

5. Liability

We work to keep the website and ERP correct and available, but they are provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, errors, or misuse of a login.

6. Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
